You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, gathering necessary information, and coordinating with various departments to meet client needs.
Oversee the intake process for new clients or customers, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and in a timely manner. Develop and implement efficient onboarding procedures to streamline the intake process. Collect relevant information from clients or customers to initiate the onboarding process. Ensure accurate and complete documentation of client information in the organization's systems. Collaborate with different departments, such as sales, customer service, and operations, to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience. Communicate client requirements and expectations to relevant teams. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised during the intake process. Work closely with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Continuously evaluate and enhance the intake process for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce processing times. Provide training to staff involved in the intake process to ensure consistency and compliance with established procedures. Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate relevant updates into the intake process. Generate reports on key performance indicators related to the intake process. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased efficiency. Performs other related duties as assigned. Bilingual English/Spanish Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, intake management or a similar role. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards. Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
