Job Description: Client Success Manager (Consumerism)
As a Client Success Manager within the Consumerism business, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on best practices, ensuring product adoption, securing renewals, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling new products and features.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, establishing yourself as a strategic and trusted advisor, while setting clear goals and process milestones for the client to achieve.
2. Identify potential expansion revenue within your book-of-business through a consultative approach and thorough discovery process.
3. Become an expert in delivering the value and business outcomes realized through our products and features.
4. Proactively reach out to clients to strengthen product engagement and overall utilization.
5. Address and de-escalate client concerns, ensuring a positive client journey and experience with our products and company.
6. Maximize client retention within your book-of-business through proactive renewal and risk management strategies.
7. Actively collaborate cross-departmentally with teams such as sales, marketing, engineering, and product.
8. Promote an energetic fan base for our products, and identify brand ambassadors to share the products' benefits and value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) model
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task, including cross-departmental collaboration
- Positive energy and ability to contribute to a strong team culture
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce
- Strong presentation skills (virtually and in-person) to drive partnership engagement, demonstrate value, and align strategic business objectives and goals
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Salary offers are based on various factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
