The Role: As a Remote Sales Lead Manager, you will recruit, hire, train and mentor a virtual team of driven insurance sales agents. Your primary responsibilities include:
Developing a remote sales team by actively recruiting and hiring new agents Conducting training and providing coaching to onboard and develop your team Setting sales targets and actively motivating your team to maximize production Monitoring team performance metrics and providing constructive feedback Earning lucrative compensation based on the sales production of your remote team Overseeing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements What You'll Need:
Prior sales management experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing sales teams Exceptional communication and training abilities to connect with remote teams Proficiency with virtual collaboration and video conferencing tools Self-motivation and the entrepreneurial spirit to build your own driven sales force Strong business acumen and desire to earn performance-based compensation Our Commitment:
