This is an important position as you will be a key member in the practice, helping to insure that our urgent care runs smoothly. PLEASE Do Not Apply unless you have prior experience managing either an outpatient type of facility, multi-specialty, ambulatory or similar or have population health management experience with a high volume. The environment is fast-paced, and this type of outpatient management experience is an absolute must! If you have at least two years of recent relevant and professional clinical management experience in a hospital, medical office, or other clinical setting, this could be a great new opportunity for you!As a Clinic Manager you will be responsible for being a compassionate intermediary between doctors, patients, family members and your colleagues. You bring your hiring, staffing, and scheduling experience and are comfortable with running an outpatient healthcare organization.
