Responsibilities
• Lead the entire team in meeting and exceeding sales plan.• Drive high unit velocity and provide an amazing customer experience.• Coach and mentor the team in multiple retail skill-sets.• Ensure impeccable merchandising, on-point signage, pricing, and visual presentation.• Recruit, train, and develop outstanding people.• Lead strong operational processes and routines to drive profitability and results.• Insist on a clean, pretty store and a well-trained team.• Deliver clean, pretty stores with the right presentation.• Function effectively and be flexible in times of change and shifting priorities.• Utilize time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in leading a team to meet sales goals.• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.• Exceptional merchandising and visual presentation skills.• Strong talent assessment and development skills.• Ability to effectively communicate and set direction with a team.• Efficient time and resource management skills.• Prior leadership experience in retail or restaurant preferred.
