Responsibilities
• Busses and resets tables in dining room and bar• Serves water to guests• Assists dining room servers by clearing dirty dishes and pouring beverages to guests• Folds napkins and rolls silverware• Takes dirty dishes back to dish department• Checks, cleans, and stocks restrooms during shift• Empties trash cans as directed• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Past full service restaurant experience preferred• Must be able to understand the primary languages used in the workplace• Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and guests• Must have basic computer knowledge• Must be able to act independently with minimal supervision• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis• Must be able to stand and walk for several hours at a time• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
