Come joing us as a Residential Clinician! This means taking a pivotal role in shaping the program's growth and delivering crucial treatment and casework services to our valued clients. Your leadership will drive treatment strategies, oversee therapy sessions, and cultivate a nurturing environment within our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Advocate for a comprehensive therapeutic approach, prioritizing family engagement in programming and empowering them to steer their journey. Lead weekly team gatherings and collaborate closely with Home Supervisors to ensure seamless program operations and a conducive therapeutic atmosphere. Serve as a bridge between agency administration and program staff, fostering clear communication and enforcing agency policies. Manage program finances, overseeing expenses, and advocating for program necessities. Work alongside Wellness, Education, and Employment Training staff to ensure holistic service delivery. Assess cases for admission to residential programs as a member of the Intake Committee. Chair or participate in agency committees and task forces as needed. Support departmental staff in effectively fulfilling their roles. Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop tailored treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy for assigned caseloads. Provide supervision and training for Developmental Care Specialists and review the progress of clients with Goal Workers. Maintain a therapeutic atmosphere in the program in close coordination with Home Supervisors. Identify training needs for treatment staff and contribute to staff development. Coordinate client interactions, including visits, calls, and personal requirements. Develop treatment objectives and quarterly case plans collaboratively with clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Managed Care Organization requirements for documentation and authorization. Arrange aftercare plans for clients upon discharge. Monitor utilization and outcome data for reporting purposes. Attend residential team meetings and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards. Be available for weekend on-call duties on a rotational basis. Qualifications:
Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in residential settings, with supervisory experience preferred. Previous experience in interdisciplinary team settings is advantageous. Alignment with the agency's goals and objectives. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility in the afternoons and participation in a weekend on-call rotation.
