About The Job: City Light Capital is seeking a Research and Operations Analyst to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is passionate about research, impact reporting, and operations. The role involves comprehensive research and report writing, with a secondary focus on supporting operations.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on venture companies and market landscapes, focusing on financial inclusion, workforce development, and impact reporting themes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings. Manage and analyze data. Monitor industry trends and market landscape analysis and provide insights. Support operations across marketing, investor relations, and fund administration. Spend approximately 75% on research and reporting and 25% supporting operational tasks, reporting to the VP of Operations. Requirements Ideal Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of relevant work experience in research, analysis, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with startup ecosystems and venture capital industry a plus. Experience with impact reporting or financial inclusion and workforce development a plus. Ideal Personal Attributes: Passionate about the City Light mission.
