Job Description:
Hanesbrands is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our remote operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and dedicated. Strong soft skills in teamwork and communication are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage all remote operations for the company- Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency and productivity- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met- Communicate with remote team members to provide guidance and support- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve company goals- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to remote work
