Autoliv, a leading automotive safety supplier, is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the online contact center, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service- Manage a team of contact center representatives, providing guidance and support as needed- Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center performance and customer satisfaction- Analyze contact center metrics and provide regular reports to management- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience in contact center management- Strong leadership and communication skills- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with CRM software is a plus
