Job Description:As a Remote Live Chat Representative at DraftKings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their accounts, answering inquiries about products, services, promotions, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will need to be resourceful and independent, able to tackle challenges and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask- Comfortable working independently and making decisions on the spot- Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet- Basic knowledge of project management principles- High school diploma or equivalent- Ability to work full-time in a remote setting- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
