Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Zoom Video Communications in Chicago, Illinois. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on using Zoom's services- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong analytical skills and ability to think innovatively- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
