Job Description:Apple is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Apple customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, and possess strong decision-making and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved- Stay up-to-date on Apple products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Independent and resilient personality traits- Strong decision-making and presentation skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work remotely and independently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
