Job Description:

Rivian is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven leadership and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer orders, resolve issues, and provide additional information as needed.3. Record all interactions on the company's CRM system and update customer profiles with accurate information.4. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for team members.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and information sharing.6. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.8. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.3. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and persuade others.4. Adaptable and resourceful, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions.6. Must be able to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
