Job Description:
LKQ is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support. We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual with strong leadership abilities and a talent for analysis.
Responsibilities:- Provide remote assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and details- Identify and report trends in customer concerns to management- Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications- Must be reliable, energetic, and possess leadership qualities- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
