Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team at Paccar in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Proactively reach out to customers to check in on their satisfaction levels and identify any areas for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to customers- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings- Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty- Monitor customer accounts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on customer success outcomes- Participate in industry events and conferences to network with customers and promote our brand
Requirements:- Confident and reliable individual with strong presentation and communication skills- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred- Prior experience working with remote customers is a plus- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite customer visits- Gym membership and availability for paid overtime as needed
