**Responsibilities:**
- Perform a range of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure spaces are immaculately maintained.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all rooms to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Safeguard equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any damages, deficiencies, or disruptions.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests courteously and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and replenish as needed.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and company policies.
**Experience:**
- Proven track record in cleaning or housekeeping roles.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and their proper usage.
- Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to work independently.
**Skills:**
- Hospitality: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients or guests.
- Industrial Cleaning: Experience in cleaning large commercial or industrial spaces.
- Housekeeping Management: Ability to lead and supervise a team if required.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Hotel Operations: Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures.
- Floor Care: Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Custodial Duties: Understanding of basic custodial responsibilities.
