Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Merck. This part-time position is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US and is at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.2. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.3. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve customer success.4. Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.5. Provide training and professional development opportunities to customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.6. Coordinate with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.7. Travel occasionally to meet with customers onsite and build strong relationships.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.2. 2+ years of experience in a customer success role.3. Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.7. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
