Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team at HD Supply Holdings. This is a full-time remote position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US, with entry-level seniority and zero years of experience required. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up- Provide technical support and assistance to clients on our products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client satisfaction- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
