Job Description:

Amgen is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a full-time employee at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various remote communication channels.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Resourceful and adaptable mindset to handle various customer situations- Strong time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- High emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
