Job Description:
Anthem is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position requiring at least 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives who work remotely.
Responsibilities:1. Lead, motivate, and coach remote customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.2. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.5. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.2. 8+ years of experience in customer service management.3.
