Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:Danaher, a leading global science and technology company, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues with professionalism and efficiency- Provide product information and guidance to customers to ensure a positive experience- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer concerns- Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Conduct negotiations with customers to address any discrepancies or challenges- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by actively participating in meetings and training sessions

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Reliable and resilient personality traits- Strong project management and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
