Job Description:

Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic and independent, with strong critical thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support, and problem resolution3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation5.
