Job Description:
Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic and independent, with strong critical thinking and planning skills.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support, and problem resolution3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
