Job Description:

Honeywell International is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing excellent customer service to our clients. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and hardworking, with a focus on teamwork and cooperation.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide accurate information about products and services, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints.3. Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.4. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues.5. Meet and exceed customer service KPIs and goals set by the company.6. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.3. Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.4. High school diploma or equivalent required.5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
