Remote Customer Care Representative

Principal Financial is seeking a passionate and energetic Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, and social media.2. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.3. Educate customers on company products and services.4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
