Job Description:
Performance Food Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are independent, resilient, and have excellent decision-making and communication skills. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution- Communicate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers- Document customer interactions and follow-up as needed- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer care or a related field- Independent and resilient personality traits- Strong decision-making and communication skills- Ability to work well in a remote environment- Proficient with computer systems and software- High school diploma or equivalent
