Job Description:

Zoom, a leading video conferencing technology company, is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a key member of the customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the Zoom platform- Educate customers on Zoom products and services, providing guidance on best practices- Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed- Contribute to the development of customer care resources and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:- Resourceful and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers- Strong persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and outcomes- Effective planning and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred- Proficiency in using customer service software and technology tools- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members- Knowledge of video conferencing and communication technologies is a plus
