Job summary
Responsible for providing orders to the Shipping floor from Order Entry/SalesCoordinate orders and stock to meet customer requirementsMaintain clear communication with Order Entry regarding orders and details
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Coordinate orders and stock on hand• Generate outbound, picking list, release outbound, packing list, and bills of ladings• Coordinate delivery times and dates with customer pickups• Maintain clear communication with Order Entry regarding orders• Coordinate shipping to and from AOS plants• Greet and direct incoming visitors• Track and file claims for damaged shipments• Prepare departmental reports• Back up to Parts Coordinator• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Associate Degree in related field• Minimum of 6 months related work experience• Comprehensive product knowledge• Excellent written and inter-personal skills• Computer literate with Word and Excel experience
