Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time role will require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities:1. Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and efficiency.2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.3. Providing product information and technical support to customers.4. Generating leads and upselling products/services to customers.5. Documenting customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.6. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.7. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. Resilient and driven personality traits.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong persuasion and creativity skills.4. Experience with customer service software and CRM systems.5. Ability to work remotely and independently.6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
