Job Description:

Cablevision Systems is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information or assistance.2. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms.3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in an efficient and professional manner.4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and promotions.5. Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the database.6. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalations.7. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.

Requirements:1. Confident and resourceful individual with strong communication skills.2. Ability to present information clearly and concisely to customers.3. Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving techniques.4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and customer service software.5. Must have access to a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a dedicated phone line.6. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
