Job Description:

Salesforce is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a client support role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients from a remote location.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to resolve client problems.3. Educate clients on Salesforce products and services to maximize their use and satisfaction.4. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and prioritize client issues as needed.6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Salesforce products to clients.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support services.8. Assist in developing training materials and resources for clients to enhance their experience with Salesforce.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical clients.3. Confident and reliable with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.4. Excellent presentation and planning skills to deliver effective support services.5. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other customer support tools.6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.7. Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.8. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
