Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Penske Automotive Group is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, perfect for someone with 4 years of experience in client support roles.

Responsibilities:1. Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with any inquiries or issues they may have.2. Manage and maintain client databases and records accurately.3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients.4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns.5. Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients.6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.8. Provide feedback to management on improving client support processes.

Requirements:1. Adaptability to handle a variety of client inquiries and situations.2. Confidence in dealing with clients to provide exceptional customer service.3. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with client needs.4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
