Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Fiserv is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a full-time associate-level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be independent and dedicated, with strong planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner- Work independently to manage and prioritize incoming chat requests- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's system

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- 2+ years of experience in customer service or support- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
