Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at AES in Austin, Texas. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will represent AES in a professional and courteous manner, while striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and efficient manner- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers' inquiries and concerns and offering appropriate solutions- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department if needed- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics- Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve processes and procedures
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required, but prior customer service experience is a plus- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Adaptability and problem-solving skills- Proficiency with basic computer programs and CRM systems- Must have a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection- Must be located in Austin, Texas
