Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Cincinnati Financial is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least one year of experience who are energetic, adaptable, and possess strong critical thinking and innovative skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding solutions- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer experience- Utilize various software systems to accurately input and retrieve customer information- Meet and exceed key performance indicators and goals set by management- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and procedures through ongoing training and development

Requirements:- At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service role- Energetic and adaptable personality with strong communication skills- Ability to think critically and innovate solutions to customer issues- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications- High school diploma or equivalent required
