Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Lockheed Martin is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through remote call center support. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service setting.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction- Use negotiation skills to address customer concerns and reach mutually beneficial solutions

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly- High school diploma or equivalent
