Job Description:
As a Remote Account Support Representative at Expedia, you will be responsible for providing support to customers with their account-related inquiries and issues. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate about helping others, and possess strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and other account management tasks- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Provide recommendations for improving the customer experience and overall business operations- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service role- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others- Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
