Job Description:

Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer support. As a Remote Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with account setup, billing questions, and technical support.3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.4. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Assist with account management duties, such as updating customer information and processing orders.6. Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
