Job Description:

Kroger is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing dedicated and passionate support to our clients while demonstrating excellent presentation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone and email to address account-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner- Assist with account management tasks including data entry, updating client information, and generating reports- Conduct product demonstrations and train clients on using our software- Monitor client accounts for any discrepancies or irregularities and take appropriate actions- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to better support clients

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
