Regional Quality Manager
will champion, support and/or lead quality operating systems, process improvement initiatives and meeting customer requirement expectations. The Regional Quality Manager will ensure QOS and customer expectations have been accurately identified, and that the organization is meeting or exceeding expectations within the region (Canada / US / Mexico). The job holder is responsible for ensuring that all managers, process owners and supervisors develop and maintain their part of the quality management system to ensure tesa's reputation in the market.
The Regional Quality Manager monitors and advises on how the system is performing and reports same to company management team. Focus on improving profitability and efficiency via ongoing improvement of the organization while meeting customer expectations.

Accountabilities/Main
functions:
Leads, develops, implements and evaluates quality function to achieve relevant performance goals of the company
Ensures procedures, standards, documentation and reporting are created, maintained, updated and in compliance with quality performance standards by respective quality process owners of different disciplines
Responsible for the overall Quality Operating System (QOS) management of ISO/TS16949/ISO 9000 including, maintenance, development, audits, corrective actions resolution, and compilation of the annual Management Review
Facilitates problem solving activities and review of corrective action report process
Communicates effectively and interacts with all levels of personnel and business process owners within the organization, including presentinginformation and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers
Develop continuous improvement on existing process, procedures and customer satisfaction
Liaison with customers' auditors and tesa suppliers ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with relevant specifications
Works directly with customer management team to resolve quality issues and financial claims
Facilitates and maintains document control, Internal Auditor development, ttna.net updates and internal audit reporting
Liaison and quality representative to tesa SE global quality
Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quality or Technical field with minimum 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience in all aspects and requirements associated with IATF/ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9000, PPAP
Trained quality systems auditor highly preferred
Experience with Six Sigma quality control methodology advantageous
Customer Service focus, able to see through the eyes of the customer
Ability and willingness to travel within the region and overseas as required
Effective analytical, 8D problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
