Potential's Recruiting Coordinator will play an integral role as the initial point of contact and first impression for all job applicants in addition to providing administrative support to our Human Resources team. You will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and finding individuals who embody our core values as a client-focused organization. This is a part-time onsite position located in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Qualified candidates should be able to: Identify and source qualified candidates using online databases, networking, and employee referrals
Proactively and responsively communicate with candidates who apply to positions
Conduct preliminary screening and interviews using multiple modalities (email, phone, virtual)
Assess a candidate's skill sets, competence, and ability to thrive in our organization
Move qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline while maintaining consistent communication
Maintain an accurate candidate database through applicant tracking system status changes and candidate notes
Consistently build and maintain relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process to ensure high closure rates
Act as a point of customer service, assisting employees with questions regarding Human Resources programs, policies, and employment information
Maintain physical and electronic records for applicants and employees
Ensure operational efficiency by supporting the Human Resources team
Job Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees at all levels of the organization Friendly, outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor Ability to thrive in both a team and an independent work environment Knowledge of Recruitment and Human Resources processes and practices High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a degree) Experience with HRIS and ATS software preferred 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Administration (preferably in a non-profit or social services environment) preferred Valid driver's license is a plus (may be required to attend career or networking events) Potential believes that all people are entitled to equal employment opportunities.
