Responsibilities:
Exhibit proficiency in all facets of Organizational Strategy, particularly in organizational effectiveness, business transformation, and change management within the contexts of public sector, defense, or government environments. Engage in meaningful transformation projects by comprehensively understanding the inherent dynamics of the organization, aided by our advanced digital tools. Assess employee perceptions and behaviors, along with processes and frameworks to ascertain the organizational reality. Contribute to designing target operating models to ensure alignment between business and people strategies, fostering organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation while ensuring robust communication across all organizational tiers. Manage work streams efficiently, communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, and thrive in a collaborative team environment aimed at driving substantial change. Requirements A minimum of 3-5 years of consulting experience is essential. Previous exposure to or experience within public sector, defense, or government environments is highly desirable. Engage with and learn from subject matter experts, enhancing your consultancy skills further.
