Quality Control Manager Department: Global Quality Management
Reports To: The Director of Global Quality
Supervises: Quality Inspector, Quality Control Specialist (x2), Quality Coordinator

A multinational skincare brand with 28 years of experience is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control throughout the production process. The successful candidate will utilize data-driven approaches to monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. They will exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities to address quality issues, mitigate risks, and drive solutions while fostering a culture of quality, teamwork, and innovation within the organization.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Seattle, WA.
As a Quality Control Manager, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
Managing the Quality Control team through effective communication, delegation, performance monitoring, and problem-solving to drive results. Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle. Overseeing quality control systems, monitoring production standards, and ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations. Identifying potential quality issues through data analysis and meetings with internal teams. Preparing and communicating quality metrics and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. Generating Quality Events (Non-conformances, out-of-specifications, Deviations) in a timely manner. Working with internal teams and external vendors to correct or resolve issues. Implementing CAPAs to address root causes and prevent the recurrence of Quality Issues. Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to establish quality requirements and standards. Overseeing the OTC stability testing program, ensuring that testing meets regulatory requirements for each market's needs. Location: Seattle, WA

What you'll bring to the table:
1-4 years of experience in Quality Control Management Strong knowledge of quality control management, principles, and methodologies Strong understanding of relevant cGMP standards and regulations (ISO 22716, 21CFR Part 211, AQL/MIL inspections) Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and the ability to build productive working relationships across a diverse spectrum of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Excellent analytical skills Robust organizational with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent oral and written communication skills A critical thinker and meticulous attention to detail What you'll recieve:
