Our client, a top global engineering firm, is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join their team FULL-TIME in either Kansas City or Wichita, KS. Other cities: Greenville, SC; Atlanta; Houston; Tulsa; and Oklahoma City.
This is an initially hybrid role, requiring 3+ days in office weekly, to truly integrate with the team and learn more quickly on the job.

The Proposal Coordinator plays a pivotal role in winning multi-hundred-million-dollar proposals for projects that make a real impact on the communities and clients they serve.
Proposal Coordinator Responsibilities
Manage internal proposal process, including internal team communications, draft deadlines, RFP tracking, quality control of documents before final delivery
Layout & design multipage proposals, PowerPoint decks and brochures
Write, proofread and edit pursuit materials content
Utilize templates for design and content or create from scratch if you're feeling particularly creative!
Coordinate & organize necessary assets and information
Collaborate with strategic writer on custom content
Collaborate across internal stake holders
Continually learn team's specific engineering discipline to effectively contribute to team pursuits
Proposal Coordinator Requirements
1 to 4 years' experience
Bachelor's Degree
Graphic design and writing skills
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint
Eager to learn and grow in role
Strong organizational and project management skills
AEC and proposal experience bonus but not required
