The Job As the Market Manager for Ritual Zero Proof, you will: Act as the primary representative of Ritual Zero Proof in the on and off-premise trade, both in-person and online, supporting bars, retailers, and gatekeepers to ensure mutual success in the Austin and San Antonio, Texas markets. Elevate the visibility of Ritual in on and off-premise accounts by securing prominent placements on menus and shelves, aligning with consumer demand for non-alcoholic options. Cultivate strong relationships with bars, restaurants, independent retailers, specialty stores, distributor sales teams, and internal Ritual staff. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to integrate field experiences with company-wide objectives and data-driven insights, identifying growth opportunities. Educate and advocate for Ritual Zero Proof products by conducting presentations, hosting training sessions, masterclasses, and seminars for retailers, on-premise trade, and distributors. Plan and execute on and off-premise samplings, demos, and promotions, delivering the Ritual Zero Proof experience to operators and consumers at various venues and events. Utilize CRM and reporting software, including G-Suite, VIP, and Microsoft Office, to track visits, trainings, demos, and tastings. Monitor product performance, distributor inventory, depletions, and orders. Build presentations and analyze data to uncover insights, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. Compile monthly reports detailing successes, challenges, and opportunities within the territory. Employ educational and leadership tactics, both in-person and through social media, to increase the presence of Ritual cocktails on menus across the USA. Provide weekly reports and market updates to the Regional Director on sales performance and market trends. Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policy. Collaborating with other market managers to learn best practices and use back in designed territory. Experience prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Have to lift up to 25 pounds at times. About You You are the ideal candidate if: You possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and excel in connecting with others, including through social media. You are a natural problem solver, adept at understanding challenges and collaboratively finding solutions. You have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with at least four years of experience, preferably in spirits. You are a confident presenter, capable of engaging various audiences effectively. Building relationships comes naturally to you, and you actively seek new connections. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, delivering results with minimal oversight. You are comfortable with flexible working hours and extensive travel within your territory.
