Project Manager - Wrap Apartment Project - Charlotte

Position Overview: The Project Manager for WRAP Apartment project in Charlotte is responsible for managing the entire process from pre-construction through completion. The Project Manager will be in charge of overseeing all phases of the project, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety. The ideal candidate should have experience in WRAP, podium, wood frame, construction, project management, 150+ unit apartment projects preferred. 
Project is a 4/5 story split in Charlotte that will be 320 apartment units, 338,000gsf.  Being built by the old OMB Brewery site.   More details will be supplied by The Owner of the company, who will host your first interview. 
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the project budget and schedule, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with the project. Communicate project status, budget, and schedule to stakeholders and project team. Develop and manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring quality work is completed on time and within budget. Manage construction process, ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. Monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Conduct regular project and safety meetings with project team and subcontractors. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project. Ensure all required permits and inspections are completed. Provide project close-out documents. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in WRAP, podium, wood frame, construction, project management, and multi-family apartment projects. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes. Benefits 2 Weeks PTO to start
