• Fully understanding all projects and informing team members• Maintaining knowledge of project contracts and specifications• Planning ahead to prevent and resolve issues• Estimating and selling projects• Overseeing fabrication shop work packages• Working with Safety Department to analyze and mitigate risks• Ensuring contractual conditions are met
Requirements
• Proven working experience in Construction Management or related field• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering• Knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems, building products, and regulations• Proficiency in construction management software packages• Strong time and project management skills• Ability to work within deadlines and prioritize tasks• Experience with estimating is a plus• Confidence in knowledge and commitment to finding solutions
