REQUIREMENTS FOR A PROJECT MANAGER - SUPERINTENDENT 10 years of direct experience in one or more construction trades 5 years of experience managing projects or portions of projects 2 years of experience estimating and bidding on jobs Computer literacy Comfortable with and willing to learn to work in highly regulated environments, such as healthcare facilities and refineries Project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)®, is preferred but not required.
