Job summary
AVI-SPL is a digital enablement solutions provider.Project Manager responsible for overseeing AV systems integration projects.Ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Be a subject matter expert with contractual documentation to determine time to deliver and required resources.• Facilitate Project Kickoff meetings and manage project risk.• Create and manage project schedules, coordinate resource scheduling, and facilitate material/equipment orders.• Manage project expenditures, provide progress reporting, and verify quality of work.• Handle scope, schedule, cost, or change of terms according to established procedures.• Gather and supply close-out documentation and maintain strong customer relationships.• Respond to customer communications and steer project results to satisfy customer requirements.• Travel to various job sites as required.
Requirements
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.• Effective communication and interaction skills.• Understanding of revenue, budget, and financial factors.• Experience managing projects in Audio Visual, Construction, or Technology industry.• Knowledge of technical, contractual, and construction documents.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.• Valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record meeting AVI-SPL standards.• Nice-to-haves: 3-5 years of Project Management experience, AV system comprehension, formal education in related field, High School Diploma or equivalent.
