A Day in the Life of a Project Management Manager : As a Project Management Manager for Liberty Military Housing, you will contribute to the success of projects by overseeing various aspects of project management and ensuring efficient collaboration among team members. You will oversee the administration of all vendor record processes and team members and responsible for administering various system applications, and ensuring the company meets financial obligations. Your role requires attention to detail, excellent data analysis skills, and working effectively with interrelated groups, including Accounting, Construction, Asset Management, Risk Manager, and Property Management.
Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assist in strategically planning and aligning the team's projects and responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Vendor Records team and manage the Vendor Records team members Assist in the preparation of process documentation for a variety of Accounting procedures Oversee the annual 1099 reporting per required standards Act as VendorCafé Invoicing Portal Administrator Maintain vendor records to include new and existing vendor setup updates/changes Monitor and track vendor-required documentation Manage the influx and outflow of numerous calls from vendor partners and internal departments in a supervisory role Review calls for quality assurance and provide personalized, tailored training sessions. Gather data and provide as-needed analysis on various items, including but not limited to payables, receivables, and other ad hoc assignments Engage in ad-hoc reporting and develop projects Other assigned duties as needed What You Need For Success :
Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills are required Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Flexibility is essential Customer service experience required (3-4 years) Vendor Management experience required Property management and Accounting experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills are required Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines Must be detail-oriented, ability to ensure accuracy of work Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to communicate with multiple team members, internal clients, and external clients Technological capabilities and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google Docs) are required, and property management software experience is preferred (Yardi) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience What We Provide You: Liberty Military Housing takes into consideration everything from career development to family matters, and health & wellness.
